What to Apply for?
ENLISTMENT
A. Natural-born citizen of the Philippines;
B. Of Good Moral Character;
C. Physically and Mentally qualified under the existing regulations for PCG service;
D. Single;
E. Minimum entry Height of 5’0 (152.4 cm) for both Male and Female;
F. At least eighteen (18) years old but not more than twenty-eight (28) years of age at the date of appointment in the PCG Service.
G. College Graduate or Has earned atleast 72 units in one college course with National Certificate(NC II, NC III and NC IV)
H. College Graduate or Has earned at least 72 units in one college course with sub-professional Civil Service
General Line Officer (GLO)
A. Natural-born citizen of the Philippines;
B. Of Good Moral Character;
C. Physically and Mentally qualified under the existing regulations for PCG service;
D. Single;
E. Minimum entry Height of 5’0 (152.4 cm) for both Male and Female;
F. With Professional Civil Service Eligibility or PRC License or Marina License for Deck and Engineering Officers, Pilot License issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) or Any equivalence as may be determined and approved by the Command;
G. At least Twenty-one (21) years old but not more than Twenty-eight (28) years of age at the date of Appointment in the PCG service;
H. For applicants coming from the Ranks, No Age limit will apply but the fitness of the applicant to undergo training shall be determined by the Coast Guard Medical Service.
Technical Line Officer(TLO)
A. Natural-born Filipino citizen
B. Good Moral Character
C. Single or Married
D. For Lawyers, Medical Doctors, Psychiatrists, Dentists, Chaplain
E. At least twenty-six (26) but not more than thirty-six (36) years of age
at the date of appointment in PCG Service.
F. Single
G. For Nurses, Psychologists, Psychometrician, Physical Therapist or other technical profession of the same level
H. At least twenty-one (21) but not more than twenty-eight (28) years of age at the date of appointment in PCG Service.
I. At least 5’0”(152.4 cm) in height for both male or female
J. Physically and mentally fit
K. Bar or Board Passer in their respective fields of profession
